With 8+ years in marketing, a psychology degree, and a real passion for fitness, yoga, mental health, and self-improvement, I love helping founders bring their ideas to life in a way that feels aligned, intentional, and actually doable.
I’m a toddler mom, a cat mom, and creative who believes good marketing should feel supportive — not stressful.
